Our Registered Managers lead by example, managing a team of carers and support staff to meet our clients needs on a daily basis. Overseeing all aspects of the branch from quality and governance, retention and recruitment and financial performance, you will have a proven track record of meeting CQC standards and building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Previous management experience in a domiciliary care setting is essential along with the ability to create a compassionate and respectful environment for both staff and clients. A strong commercial acumen is desirable as you will be accountable for the operations and activities within the home. Due to the locations of our branches there may be extensive travel and overnight stays as well as travel to Apex. You will need to have a valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
