To provide expert advice, clinical consultation, and training to colleagues, internal teams, and external partners. To provide clinical consultation to RAA practitioners undertaking adoption support assessments and applications to the Adoption Support Fund. To undertake specialist assessments of children, young people and parents as required to inform applications to the Adoption Support Fund or the provision of services either by RAA practitioners or other providers. To be compassionate in meeting the needs of clients, their carers and families. To undertake formal research as an integral part of the job and to act as field supervisor for doctorate trainees.
