The post holder will conduct ADHD assessments, with support from the wider MDT. Our MDT aims to support robust quality assessments alongside supporting team members to manage risk and concerns. The post holder will also have a role in supporting the wider MDT. Main duties of the job The post holder will conduct ADHD assessments, with support from the wider MDT. Our MDT aims to support robust quality assessments alongside supporting team members to manage risk and concerns. Where appropriate, they will be required to liaise with other local agencies including Tier IV inpatient and specialist centres, as well as the Mental Health Liaison Team and the home treatment team. To assist in the provision of quality evidence-based support and care for those diagnosed with ADHD. You will work with a range of young people and adults with ADHD and co-morbid mental health presentations. Ensure that each referred patient receives an individual specialist assessment, risk assessment and care plan and is the subject of regular evaluation which, wherever practicable, is formulated in conjunction with the patient and/or their family.
