If so, join Elysium Healthcare’s Wellbeing team as a Bank Wellbeing Therapist and help support staff wellbeing at Elysium’s 90+ sites across the UK. You will be a practitioner of a wide variety of complementary therapies who has completed an approved training scheme, are registered with a regulatory body, have current liability and indemnity insurance, and have at least one year's post-qualification experience. Being a Wellbeing Therapist on our Bank means that you will be called upon to fulfil work on demand, which you can choose to accept to suit your schedule. There is an expectation that you will work a minimum number of days each month, which will be flexible and agreed ad-hoc ongoing. What you will be doing You will carry out specific therapies to staff in the workplace to benefit staff wellbeing, including providing therapies that are designed to help reduce stress and tension and help improve physical, emotional and mental wellbeing of employees. You will be responsible for maintaining and signposting evaluations and trackers to existing recognised and offered support services and will attend regular meetings with the wellbeing team. Therapies to be provided may include: Massage (Swedish/Holistic/Indian Head /Remedial) Energy Therapy (Reiki, Hands On, Crystal) Aromatherapy, Reflexology and Facial. Your own mobile equipment will be required to create a therapeutic experience, and your own car will be required in order to transport you and your kit around to sites. The location of sites are national and occasional overnight stays may be required. To be successful in this role, you will have: Registration with the CNHC (Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council) Completed an approved training scheme Current liability and indemnity insurance At least 1 years’ post- qualification experience Experience with a wide variety of complementary therapies What you will get: Hourly rate of £12.50 (including 12.07% holiday allowance uplift) Free parking Mandatory training to ensure you are fully able to do your job at the best of your ability.
