What the job involves for a Tenancy Progressor: - Managing tenant application process Carrying out tenant reference checks Preparing & signing lease agreements for new tenancies Arranging move in appointments for tenants Managing change of tenancy process Answering incoming calls Taking payments for new tenancies Scheduling Property Manager visits Preparing keys, parking fobs, permits & certification for new tenancies General office administration We're not just looking for someone who fits our team; we want to be a good fit for you too!
