Core Responsibilities Delivering a superior meet and greet service to guests, maintaining the high standards of brand Maintaining and embodying high-end reception standards at all times Ensuring reception, lounge and guest areas are kept immaculate at all times Building connections with our clients, creating meaningful and beneficial relationships Taking ownership of meeting room bookings, managing the diaries Ensuring adequate time for meeting room turnarounds Handling all client email, phone, and in-person requests in a timely and professional manner Providing guests and visitors with refreshments and assisting with any enquiries Our client is looking for an individual with immaculate presentation and attention to detail, someone who will be a brand ambassador and a 1st point of contact for the company. Our client is looking for someone ideally from a corporate background where they’ve delivered world class Front of House duties.
