What to expect
First, we'll enable your camera & microphone and then ask you to record a short introduction about yourself, about 30 seconds long, to make sure your camera is working ok.

2. Can you describe your previous care experience? Which specific roles have you held, and what were your main responsibilities?
3. What training or certifications do you have that are relevant to this role?
4. Describe a challenging situation you faced in a previous care role and how you handled it.
5. How do you promote and encourage independence among the individuals you support?
6. What steps do you take to ensure that personal care and medication are handled safely and effectively?
7. How would you approach meal preparation for a client with specific dietary needs?
8. Can you give an example of how you have built rapport with a client? What strategies did you use?
9. This role requires working in various healthcare facilities. How do you feel about adapting to different environments and teams?
10. How do you contribute to fostering a positive team environment among your colleagues?
11. What qualities do you think are important in a supportive care community?
12. What motivates you to upskill and take part in ongoing training?
13. Are you willing to join the PVG scheme and register with the SSSC? What does that mean to you?
14. What do you believe is the most important aspect of providing care and support to clients?
15. Why do you believe it’s essential to make a positive impact in your role as a Care Assistant?
16. What questions do you have about Care Response 24/7, the role, or our team?
