The post holder will be responsible for the provision of a comprehensive I.D. badge service, secretarial and administration support service to the Site Support and Security Team. The post holder will be based at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary. Extensive experience of working in an administration capacity together with a pleasant telephone manner is essential. Good communication, organisation and inter-personal skills, along with the ability to accurately administer a number of separate databases, are fundamental to this role. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft 365 applications and possess accurate keyboard skills. Experience of PECOS and the NHS Procurement processes is desirable. The ability to work well under pressure and manage priorities is also key to this post.
