As a leading community drug and alcohol service provider, we are committed to delivering exceptional care and support to individuals dealing with substance use issues. Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, you would provide high quality clinical interventions including opiate substitute prescribing, alcohol detoxification and relapse prevention medication, health and wellbeing interventions and blood borne virus screenings and vaccinations. Reporting to the Clinical Lead for Hampshire, you'll contribute expertise in medication prescribing and high-quality care.
