Be responsible for the reception desk and processing check in/out. Provide a friendly and personalised welcome for our guests Convey the image of the brand and the hotel You will have the ability to multi-task and have a proactive personality in this busy hands on role Provide guests with a single point of contact throughout their stay Be ready to assist at any stage of the guests stay, from welcome to farewell Handle and resolve any guest feedback and is able to handle them in the most efficient and satisfying manner Promoting company’s ALL loyalty programme Prepare all the documents required for the day Bar and Restaurant service when required Qualifications You must be eligible to live and work in the UK to apply for this position and be in possession of a current work visa. Please note that this position is on a 40 hour contract basis only. Work Experience What we are looking for: A self-starter who has the ability to work unsupervised with Front Office or receptionist experience. Someone with a positive attitude, a genuine customer service focus and the technical ability to process the nightly audit of all front office transactions A fast-thinking, customer focused problem solver with initiative that takes pride in creating and delivering memorable guest experiences whilst ensuring that all daily revenue has been captured and reported on Night Audit and/or Accounts experience is highly regarded as this role will provide a great career path into other areas of operations or finance.
