We are looking for friendly, professional and enthusiastic Band 2 receptionist to join our well-established team in Dept 1 Oak Road Treatment Centre. The post holder will act as the first point of contact to visitors and patients attending the hospital, prioritising information and dealing with routine enquiries from service users, colleagues and visitors. You will need to have a basic knowledge and experience of using IT systems as you will need to register patients as arriving and use our IT systems, however full training will be given. The post holder will require good communication skills and be able to communicate with all members of the multidisciplinary team as well as patients and their relatives. The post holder will be required to work closely with other administrative staff, but also work alone and use their initiative to resolve/process daily queries.
