About the Home: The Chase is a large, modern care home which provides residential and nursing care to elderly people living in Hertfordshire. Arranged over three floors, our 110 bedrooms can be personalised to make them a real home-from-home, and residents are able to enjoy a selection of lounges, dining rooms and well-kept gardens for relaxing, socialising and entertaining. The home provides a warm and friendly environment for residents and the staff are committed to meeting the residents' expectations at every level About you: Are you passionate and committed to providing quality care? Previous management experience in a nursinghome setting is essential along with the ability to create a compassionate and respectful environment for your staff and residents. A strong commercial acumen is desirable as you will be accountable for the operations and activities within the home. A RGN with a valid pin would be desirable for this position.
