The postholder will have a clinical remit and caseload working with children referred to the Tier 3 CHW pathway which includes input from psychology, as well as supporting the wider CHW service development in line with the minimum standards. Our service recognises the value of ongoing CPD, a robust clinical supervision system and taking a quality improvement approach to our service design. We work with dietetic colleagues across Grampian on shared issues and initiatives such as clinical effectiveness, patient safety and patient centred care, with the delivery of a high quality dietetic service high on our agenda. We participate in undergraduate student training, taking students for their B & C placements. For AHP posts within Grampian, there is a requirement to provide services flexibly to meet the needs of service users. This may include providing services over weekends and extended hours when necessary. This post may be suitable for hybrid working with time in the office base and home working. You must be a car driver and hold a full driving licence.
