We are looking for a dedicated and professional Care Coordinator to join their dynamic team. This role is crucial in managing the day-to-day care of clients, promoting a caring environment, ensuring high standards of care, and implementing the Fundamental Care Standards. Key Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day running of assigned clients- Ensure clients receive care tailored to their individual needs- Liaise with clients- Investigate complaints and take appropriate action- Work with CQC inspectors during inspections- Ensure all client documentation, including care plans and risk assessments, is up to date- Oversee carer placements and contracts- Conduct regular spot checks and update care planning system- Handle accident and incident reports appropriately- Communicate regularly with carers and clients Requirements:- Eligibility to work in the UK, NO SPONSORSHIP AVAILABLE - Confident driver with access to company pool cars for visits- Excellent communication and organisational skills- Ability to respond to emails and manage an efficient filing system- Experience in liaising with professional bodies and inspectors If you are passionate about providing high-quality care and meet the above criteria, we would love to hear from you.
