Join Our Team as a Senior Secretary in the CAMHS Early Intervention Service We are looking for a dedicated Senior Secretary to join our CAMHS Early Intervention Service in a full-time capacity. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in supporting the vital work we do for young people. In this role, you will provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to our Deputy Head of CAMHS, Operational Managers for SPA and Early Interventions, the Operations Manager for MHST, and the Principal Clinical Psychologist. Your organisational skills and attention to detail will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our team. Key responsibilities include managing your own workload, prioritising tasks, and ensuring that any urgent referrals or tasks are brought to the attention of the appropriate team members. You will also plan, organise, and arrange meetings on behalf of the Deputy Head of CAMHS and the management team, including preparing papers, booking accommodation and refreshments, taking minutes, and distributing necessary documents. Additionally, you will handle a wide range of administrative duties, such as monitoring and responding to communications on behalf of the Deputy Head of CAMHS, and supporting the Operations Managers and Principal Clinical Psychologist with tasks like Health Roster management, Oleeo (recruitment), and monitoring annual leave and sickness.
