This will include the use of a range of approaches e.g. psychodynamic, behavioural, cognitive and psychopharmological, as appropriate, within the overall framework of the multi-disciplinary team. Main duties of the job Provide professional supervision to an agreed number of nurses within the Community Integrated Hub - Completing needs assessment to service users. - In risk assessment and management. - In crisis planning and management. - In assessing and responding to patient/ carer's needs. - In care planning and review of service users' care. - In the step down or transfer of care and discharge.
