We provide high quality training, and you will be supported in special interest training where possible. There will be opportunities for minor and intermediate supervised operating and to get involved in research/audit projects with a view to publication. These are ideal posts for: preparation for Core Training, supporting international medical graduates, building a comprehensive portfolio or those aspiring to ST3 entry. The department boasts successful entries to all the national selection programmes. Main duties of the job The Post Holder Will Provide care of acute patients under the guidance of the senior staff and will include assisting the consultants at outpatient clinics and theatre sessions, and operating under supervision Be expected to provide teaching to FY1s, nursing staff and undergraduate students Be expected to participate in audits and research as arranged by the firm.
