To facilitate induction for students and new starters. The post holder will establish and maintain links with academic institutions. Act as a role model for best practice Support individual and team practice development. Interviews: 9th September 2024 Main Duties & Responsibilities To work with the team leaders to support excellence in clinical practice to facilitate quality service delivery and improved outcomes for children. young people and families. To be involved in clinical supervision and advice to staff in practice. planning induction and preceptorship programmes, teaching and assessment to meet agreed national and local competencies and to support re validation for NMC registered staff. To be involved in the development of new policies, standards and operational frameworks to support integrated working practices. To provide annual audits and evaluate clinical areas to improve service users' experience and appropriate use of resources if and when required.
