This company is an independent family run business that have been providing free prescription deliveries for over 40 years. They proudly work alongside the NHS for Stoma Care, Diabetes, Bladder & Bowel Management. About The Role The role of Customer Service Advisor predominantly focuses on telephonesupport for patients, healthcare professionals and suppliers. You will be makingsure that orders are fulfilled correctly and any queries are dealt with in aprofessional and courteous manner. Key Responsibilities (including But Not Limited To) Processing orders on the phone for Nurses and Patients Managing queries relating to orders, products or other services Investigating any delays or delivery issues Working with the warehouse ensure all orders are processed on time. About The Candidate The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of working within acustomer services environment, ideally via the phone. They will also need tohave an interest in working within the Medical/NHS industry.
