Our ambition is to… Provide people with appropriate information, advice and support. Enable people to remain as independent as possible, with some short-term support if necessary. Incorporate people’s strengths and abilities when considering any help and support that may be needed. Deliver support in a way that enables people to live the life that they want while keeping safe. Review care and support regularly to make sure it remains appropriate. Treat people with dignity and respect and work with other organisations to get the best care and support possible. If you are a Newly Qualified Social Worker (NQSW) or a student nearing the end of your social work training and starting to look for your first social work job, we would welcome your application. If you join us as a NQSW we will support you on our ASYE programme. This includes dedicated monthly group sessions with our Practice Educator Consultant, a maximum protected caseload of 15 and protected weekly development time. This is on top of our standard offer to all social workers – Knowledgeable and supportive colleagues. Regular supervision from your line manager, as well as quarterly Shared Conversations (appraisal). Reflective team sessions.
