Main duties of the job The post holder will assist in delivering a service which meets target standards and promotes a creative and innovative approach to on-going service development, including the mentoring and management of junior staff, and driving forward Achieving Excellence within the department. On a daily basis the post holder will act as a manager and coordinator for any of the areas within Urology Centre, and the activity across the Urology team. The role involves leadership to a named group of nurses and participation in the collaborative management of the Urology Centre. The post holder will be a resource nurse for the area and will act as a link in promoting an integrated specialist service.
