Madisons is a premium private training gym specialising in small group personal training (1:4), as well as strength, cardio and hybrid large-group sessions. With 400+ members (and growing) we are expanding our team to continue providing the outstanding service and coaching that we are renowned for. This is an exciting opportunity, not only because we're expanding rapidly, but because you'll have genuine responsibility and ownership of important projects from day one. As a Front of House/ Receptionist at Madisons you would be part of the front line of the business and an ambassador of our brand. We are looking for someone who is able to bring big energy to work every day and is not afraid of an early start or working weekends. As our Front of House/ Receptionist, you would be the first point of contact for all current and prospective members. You would be expected to provide outstanding customer care from the very start of a member's journey with us. Responsibilities would include: Greeting members and making them feel welcome Ensuring the highest standards across the reception area, changing rooms and studios through regular checks/ ordering of products Handling external and internal enquiries - both face-to-face and by email Admin tasks concerning membership accounts Scheduling appointments (PT sessions, full body scans, phone calls, etc) Responding to in-app messages Supporting our sales and membership manager in all admin tasks Supporting our general manager with any tasks required Helping to organise and host events (fitness and social) Your focus of responsibility would be the retention of members through outstanding customer service, both in person and via email. You would work closely with our sales and membership manager to manage membership accounts on a daily basis. The right candidate must be able to commit to early starts (6 and 7am) and must be available to work some weekends. The role will entail working at least three days per week on varying shift patterns that include Saturdays.
