What we’re looking for Through our continued success here at Bluebird Care Aberdeenshire, our  award-winning home care services  are looking to grow our Home Care Team in  Aberdeenshire . We’re looking for Care Assistants to fulfil our customer’s needs while being outstanding ambassadors of our brand. We understand that everybody has their own life outside of work, and we want to accommodate that too. We have care staff going out to our customers between the hours of 7am and 10pm.
