To be discussed at interview. Could you be our next team administrator to support our Health Visiting Service? The Health Visiting Service is a workforce of specialist community public health nurses who provide information, support, and access to interventions to families with children in the first years of life andhelp empower parents to make decisions that affect their family's future health and wellbeing.This service is led by health visitors and supported by a skill mix team. The service is central to delivering public health outcomes for children. We are unable to provide sponsorship for this role and can only accept applications from UK based applicants. As part of the administration team your main duties will be; General office duties including handling incoming mail answering phone calls & covering other teams within Bristol. Data entry of information into pre-populated templates using EMIS and other clinical systems. Liaising with clients, and other agencies to make appointments on behalf of and at the request of the Health Visiting Team, booking into EMIS diaries and sending text and/or letter confirmations. Respond to client enquiries which could be written, face to face or via the telephone. "}
