Led by a team of modern matrons, registered nurses, rehabilitation assistants, health care assistants, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, care managers, pharmacists, visiting medical officers and medical consultants, our community hospitals provide a wide range of services including in-patient rehabilitation, outpatient consultations in major specialities such as child health, dental services, therapy and rehabilitation services, minor injuries, minor illness, phlebotomy, sexual health clinics and other out-of-hours treatments. As Head of Service you will be responsible for the safe and effective operational management of Community Hospitals; including timely access and discharge pathways, and delivery of high-quality, person-centred evidence-based care. You will manage and lead the Community Hospital nursing, admin and operational teams. You will be responsible for the performance of the service: monitoring KPIs, delivering service improvement and cost-efficiencies.
