The post holder will work closely with the service team and receive support and training as required to fulfil the role. To be responsible for providing administrative support to Clinical Teams To ensure that every patient pathway is tracked to be diagnosed and treated as quickly as possible, ensuring this is achieved within relevant RTT standards. Maintain an up-to-date record of patient tracking and escalations must be kept on the Trust database. To support the Service Management team to ensure all administrative process are delivered including data and evidence collection for relevant national audits.
