We are looking for a dynamic, motivated and hardworking individual who has the experience and knowledge to complement the Senior Nursing Team on AAU. We welcome applications from staff nurses who wish to challenge themselves further in their career. This is an excellent opportunity to undertake a key role to make a difference to the quality of care, patient safety and experience in a busy and friendly environment. To provide the highest standard of individualised and holistic patient care, in conjunction with the multidisciplinary team. To deputise for the Senior Sister/Charge Nurse in their absence. Work as part of the wider Band 6 team to ensure highest standards of care are maintained and to ensure staff are supported, appraised and developed to ensure these standards are achieved.
