Duties Will Include meeting, greeting and registering customers and visitors to the dealership, including offering refreshments Answering the phone and transferring to Sales, Service and Parts, or recording messages on the call log. post and courier management ordering stationery and supplies for the staff within the dealership ensuring the housekeeping and cleanliness of the showroom and waiting areas is excellent, reporting any issues to a manager About You You should be well presented You should be a team player You must have excellent communication skills and a professional manner.
