As management assistant working within the Service, you will provide administrative support to the clinical director and other managers and the service. Your duties include responding to emails, answering phone calls, staff inquiries, minute taking, organising meetings, dealing with medical rotas, teaching and training sessions. The hours are from 9am to 3pm, Monday to Friday & 9am to 3pm. The hours are 30 hours per week, based at Cherrywood Clinic, Oldham. To provide admin support to the Clinical Director, providing accurate and efficient admin support to the Medical Manager and wider team.
