Do you enjoy working in an exciting and challenging environment? Based at the University Hospital of Wales in Cardiff, we are looking for a dedicated CAR-T /BMT Coordinator to provide essential administrative support to the clinical and medical teams within South Wales Blood and Marrow Transplant Service. Please note working hours will be 9am - 5pm Monday -Friday. The post holder will need to meet tight deadlines, collate data and maintain high standards relating to administrative processes. They will need to be able to work within a team effectively and efficiently, and will be required to share sensitive information with clinical teams and managers on a daily basis. The role of the BMT and CAR-T Coordinator is to provide comprehensive administrative support to the BMT (blood and marrow transplantation) and CAR-T (chimeric antigen receptor T-cell) treatment programmes at the University Hospital of Wales. This includes patient-level and service-level coordination. The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate excellent communication skills and IT ability. The post holder must be able to use their own initiative and also work efficiently as part of a multidisciplinary team.
