The main duties of the job are to support the Manager and Team Leader as follows: Day-to-day supervision of staff to ensure that all teams are supported in locating, preparing, and providing case notes for all outpatient attendances and emergency admissions. Recruitment and selection of new staff Ensure induction and training of staff in liaison with departmental trainers. Reporting sickness absences and conducting back-to-work interviews.
