Collaborate in the monitoring and management of risk issues, including escalation and crises, liaising with secondary mental health services, hospitals, GPs and emergency services as required. 4. Facilitate and attend regular team meetings including Oversight, Senior Therapist and Governance & Quality meetings as required. 5. Provide supervision as necessary to colleagues and arrange appropriate supervisory support for members of their team. Performance & Quality 1. Monitor service performance, ensuring interventions are delivered in-line with service specifications and contractual standards. 2.
