WHAT'S THE MISSION? “To provide a personal and extraordinary customer service experience for our community with a positive and empathetic outlook, whilst using your own initiative to quickly and efficiently solve any problems, queries or feedback”. WHAT DOES SUCCESS LOOK LIKE? Helping our customers by being their first point of contact for any queries via phone, e-mail or live chat. Being proactive when it comes to liaising with parcel delivery providers both in the UK and internationally to follow up on any delivery or tracking issues. Providing an exceptional customer service through digital styling sessions. WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE FROM ME? Our core values resonate with you personally. Previous customer service experience in retail, office or hospitality. A flexible attitude and the ability to take initiative. A friendly and helpful personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
