You'll be joining us on a 6-month Fixed Term Contract, where you will be working 29.5 hours per week, working Monday, Wednesday and Thursday with a 1:4 share of Saturdays working 9am-1pm. It is situated just north of Chester in the NW of England, conveniently located to the M53/M56 CVS Group plc is one of the largest integrated veterinary services providers in the UK, encompassing four main business areas; our veterinary practices, diagnostic laboratories, pet crematoria and e-commerce division. About The Role As a Receptionist, you will provide a friendly and efficient service to our clients and their animals. Day-to-day duties of the role will include answering phones, responding to emails, booking appointments, registering new clients, dispensing medications, taking payments and most importantly, providing a warm and welcoming experience to our clients arriving at the clinic. What We're Looking For In Our Veterinary Receptionist An excellent communicator with strong empathy Excellent customer service skills and experience in dealing with members of the public Previous Receptionist experience is essential, Veterinary experience is a plus!
