Skills Essential skills for this role include at least two years proven Event or Operational Management experience. We are looking for candidates who display the following skills: Passion for customer service Ability to multitask Thrive in a pressured environment Ability to communicate with a diverse audience Problem solving skills A driver for continuous improvement Commitment to and the flexibility to work hours as determined by the business including evenings, weekends and night work are pivotal for this role. This role is entirely operational, and the hours of work are driven by the event calendar. This role is an annualised hours contract. In addition to the above, the candidate will need to be enthusiastic, like minded and complement our experienced and talented team.
