For example, specific projects such as DMT Awaydays or focused activities such as listening events in response to the Trusts work on Race and Privilege. Work collaboratively and build strong working relationships with the wider corporate People and Culture Team to contribute to the ELFT People Plan. Work collaboratively and build strong relationships with Directors, Managers and Staff across all ELFT directorates to ensure the OD service is integrated and supports the workforce needs of the directorates. Support on leadership development across the Trust, obtaining support where needed from the People Business Partners and understand leadership issues in order to deliver innovative leadership development solutions at individual, team and directorate level that support behaviour change and improve capability and capacity. Deliver high impact HR and OD interventions and commission interventions where appropriate to meet business needs and support Quality Improvement (QI), this will include: Undertaking diagnostics using a range of techniques Feeding back results of diagnostic activities and involving stakeholders in analysing data Designing interventions to address issues raised Evaluating interventions. An opportunity has arisen to undertake the role of Organisational Development (OD) Consultant for a 12-month period, as part of the wider People and Culture Department. We welcome applications from credible and experienced people who have a strong track record in scoping, designing and delivering complex OD interventions and solutions and can make an immediate contribution to the Trust's OD work for our services. You will be experienced in leading our internal clients through the consultancy cycle: understanding and qualifying the needs of their teams, designing and delivering appropriate, impactful and creative solutions and undertaking evaluation that demonstrates a return on investment. In this role, you will work collaboratively and build strong relationships with Directors, Managers and Staff across all ELFT directorates to ensure the OD service is integrated and supports the workforce needs of the directorates. You will also be required to work closely and build strong working relationships with the wider corporate People and Culture Team to contribute to the ELFT People Plan. The successful candidate will be positive, kind, confident and capable of delivering face-to-face solutions aswell as some digital interventions. You must be willing and available to travel on-site to facilitate face to face OD interventions across all Trust Wide sites including London, Luton and Bedfordshire. You must have a master's degree in OD or HR Management or occupational psychology or be able to demonstrate relevant qualifications or experience for this role. Ideally, you will be certified in psychometric testing and an accredited coach or be willing to undertake these accreditations if not.
