Please Note: Vacancy may close early due to high numbers of applications The Patient Pathway Coordinator (PPC) will lead on the tracking of patient pathways and scheduling pre-operative assessments and surgeries. By working closely with a wide range of clinical and managerial staff and providing a high standard of administrative support, the post holder will ensure patients receive treatment as soon as possible and help ensure national targets are met. Depending on the requirements of the service, the post holder may be required to rotate within the team and provide cover in the case of absence. This ensures that at every point of contact with the Trust, patients are able to speak to staff who understand their scheduling needs and that clinical teams are always supported by knowledgeable administrative staff.
