A full UK driving licence and a vehicle available for work purposes are essential for this role as it is a community based nursing position. You will require current NMC registration, post-registration experience is helpful but not essential and we have an excellent preceptorship programme for newly qualified nurses. We welcome applications from newly qualified nurses. To excel in this role, you will require excellent communication skills, the courage to make clinical decisions and a willingness to develop your potential. We are a Technologically SMART Trust, offering a ‘Mobile office’ model providing you with all the equipment needed to carry out your role in comfort whilst on the road. This is as a result of the “YOU SPOKE - WE LISTENED” working results in staff safety due to live system and instant access to patient notes and past interactions whilst on the move. The qualification, training & experience requirements for the role are underlined in the Job Description/Person Specification.
