Qualifications And Skills Attention to Detail: Precise data entry skills are essential. Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and appointments effectively. Customer Service: Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Computer Literacy: Proficiency in using relevant software and databases. Team Player: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve departmental goals. Confidentiality: Handle patient information with discretion. Requirements Experience: Previous experience in a similar role preferred. Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Availability: Must be available to work on-site during weekdays.
