Working with colleagues in a friendly and supportive team where everyone has the opportunity to be the best they can be and contribute to high-quality service given to Cancer patients attending the Ricky Grant Day Unit and Turner Ward. Working hours are 30 hrs per week, worked within an eight week rota to include some weekends and bank holidays. The working day is from 08.00 to 18.00hrs . For further information, please contact Alison King Practice Manager on 01803 655017 The team provide all administrative support including clinic preparation of hospital notes, appointments, reception, ward clerk duties and telephone calls on a rotational basis, covering both Ricky Grant Day Unit and Turner Ward. The successful applicant will be educated to GCSE level with a IT experience and will have proven experience of working in an administrative role. Attention to detail is a vital for this role together with accurate keyboard skills, good customer care skills and a pleasant manner to patients and staff.
