The successful candidate will be based out of their Cardiff office and will be responsible for managing the front desk, answering phone calls and using the CRM system to capture all calls and contacts accurately. In addition, you will be providing a welcoming environment for visitors and supporting various facility and HR duties to ensure smooth office operations. There will be full training provided on our clients systems and processes as well as opportunities for the right candidate to progress and develop their skills. Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related role is preferred, with any of the following skills/experience desirable: Front Desk management experience. Admin experience. Concise, confident communicator. Organised, methodical approach to workflow and documenting. High attention to detail. CRM management experience. Confident with multi-tasking in both long and short term projects. Ability to pivot between operational and transactional tasks with ease. Receptionist Job Duties: Warmly welcome and assist visitors, ensuring they sign in and are directed to the appropriate person or department. Professionally handle incoming calls, using the CRM system to capture call details and contact information. Receive and distribute mail and packages, notify recipients of their arrival. Maintain and update contact records in the CRM to ensure accuracy and completenes. Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained. Schedule and prepare meeting rooms, including setting up equipment and refreshments as needed.
