This is an exciting new role based within the Healthcare for Older people and different to a normal Pharmacy working routine. Youll be well supported and have the opportunity to develop specialist Frailty knowledge and training as well as to influence the wider development of the service. Interview Date: To be confirmed. Pay: The salary advertised for this position reflects the Agenda for Change 2024-5 rates, inclusive of a 5.5% pay award implemented from October 2024.
