We are looking to recruit a skilled Assistant Hospital Electrical Engineer with a friendly and positive \"can do\" attitude to join our Building, Engineering and Maintenance (BEM) team, who has a passion for delivering Estates maintenance services. This includes reactive maintenance and planned preventative maintenance schedule for all installations, services, systems, and work activities. Primary duties are to provide a comprehensive in-house and externally contracted building and engineering maintenance service to the Trust as specified by the Hospital Engineers and Senior BEM Management. The scope of these works will be subject to continual review and can change. You can promote good communications, establish and review programs of work with an emphasis on quality finish to meet with our customer's high expectations. Assisting and supporting the Operational Management team, which includes Reactive, Planned Preventative and Scheduled Maintenance services at Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust premises (including off-site properties). This will be undertaken with a special emphasis on the estate being operated and maintained in accordance with statutory compliance requirements. Staff management will be a core responsibility. "}
