What the job involves for an Accompanied Viewer: - Conducting property viewings for prospective tenants during scheduled hours. Providing detailed information about properties and answering any questions from prospective tenants. Updating landlords promptly on viewing outcomes and feedback. Identifying suitable applicants and forwarding their information to the leasing team for further processing. Ensuring properties are presented in the best possible manner during viewings.
