Receives Patients and visitors to the service. Responds to queries and requests for information as directed by office procedures, guidelines and protocols. Refers complex or unusual requests to the Team Administrator or a member of the clinical team. Regularly checks on the tidiness and cleanliness of the office environment and takes action to ensure any problems are resolved. Undertakes admin tasks that are assigned. Attends team meetings within the service Formats letters, reports where necessary Carries out photocopying.
