Our innovative and dynamic team offer expert advice and specialist behavioural support to clients providing one to one and group sessions in the community. We are looking to recruit two smoking cessation advisors. One of the roles will focus on supporting pregnant people to quit smoking working closely with maternity colleagues. Both roles will involve working at various sites across Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan. The posts are temporary until the end of March 2025 in the first instance. The post holder is responsible for working autonomously with clients to develop a treatment plan in order to deliver support and help them stop smoking. The post holder will provide intensive behavioural support and pharmacological advice to clients. The post holder is responsible for planning and organising their own workload effectively, this will include the management of a caseload. The post holder will be responsible for maintaining and inputting patient records into a digital database and ensuring that referrals are processed and patients are contacted within the adequate target time frame.
