An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Care Navigator / Dispenser with excellent I.T. skills to work at Armadale Medical Practice, West Sutherland, supporting the care of approx 950 patients across the practice boundary area and working closely with neighbouring practices. We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic individual who is able to deal with people kindly and sensitively, both face to face and on the telephone to join our primary care team. You should be able to work in a busy environment, sometimes under pressure while providing a high standard of service to all our patients and customers booking appointments and answering queries; processing prescriptions and providing clerical support. Sound administrative and excellent communication skills are essential to this role. Previous experience of working in a medical and/or customer focused environment would be beneficial, but not essential. Training on systems, will be available to the successful candidate. This is a permanent part-time post of 18 hours per week working some, but not all days in the week, with the need for flexible working.
