Duties & Responsibilities Include (but Are Not Limited To) Answering telephone calls & ‘signposting’ patients to appropriate clinicians Accurate update of patient database information Booking patient appointments Repeat prescription administration Issuing test results to patients, filing results & other relevant documents General administrative duties; photocopying, filing and mail management The successful candidates will contribute to the smooth running of a busy reception/administration department & shall provide the best possible care for patients in a helpful, efficient manner. Experience in a Primary or Secondary Care environment would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be given.
