Information regarding the different pathways is detailed below: Mood, Emotions and Relationships Pathway In this pathway, Clinical Psychologists work within a strong multi-disciplinary team, providing assessments and therapy to children with severe, chronic and enduring mental health concerns such as depression, anxiety-based disorders and Trauma. You would be expected to work with children, young people and families to understand their experiences and presenting concerns in order to provide an appropriate evidence-based intervention. You would have opportunity to provide consultation, clinical supervision and training. There are also opportunities for involvement in service development and research as well as activities to support developing leadership skills. The multi-disciplinary teams are diverse including; Clinical Psychology, Systemic Psychotherapists, Child and Adolescent Psychotherapists, CBT Therapists, Psychiatrists, Speech and Language Therapists and Mental Health Practitioners from a range of backgrounds including Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Social Work and Creative Therapies. We have an excellent opportunity to join us in the Mood Emotions and Relationships (MERS) Pathway in South Devon & Torbay as part of our mental health provision . These may be to consolidate and develop knowledge and skills or to support you in transferring skills from another specialism.
