You will provide psychological input to two Older Adult Wards, with opportunities for direct and indirect clinical work, consultation, research, audit, and clinical leadership. Key Responsibilities Deliver direct and indirect/systemic clinical work, including consultation, research, audit, and clinical leadership. Work with older adults, their families, and staff teams to support mental health and dementia care. Engage in group work and therapeutic interventions across advanced care (older adult mental health) and dementia wards. Contribute to service development through research, audits, and leadership. About You Qualified Clinical Psychologist with experience working across the lifespan, or an interest in older adult mental health. Strong skills in clinical leadership, consultation, and therapeutic interventions. Passionate about making a positive impact on older adults' mental health.
